CLEARnotes is proud to celebrate a successful evening at the HSJ Awards, with recognition for its work in partnership with NHS trusts to drive meaningful improvements in efficiency and patient care.

At East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (ELHT), the CLEARnotes collaboration was Highly Commended in the Best Contribution to Improving the Efficiency of NHS Services category. This recognition highlights the significant impact of digital innovation in reducing administrative burden and enabling clinicians to focus more of their time on patient care.

Through the implementation of CLEARnotes, ELHT has achieved a 14% increase in clinician productivity, while streamlining documentation processes and improving day to day workflows across teams.

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust was also recognised as a finalist in the Best Elective Recovery Initiative category. The partnership has delivered equally strong results, supporting efforts to improve service delivery and tackle elective care backlogs.

At Wolverhampton, CLEARnotes has contributed to a 25% increase in productivity, alongside a dramatic reduction in clinic letter turnaround times from five to seven days down to just one to two days. This has enabled clinicians to work more efficiently while ensuring patients receive timely communication and care.

These achievements reflect the strength of collaboration between CLEARnotes and NHS partners, and a shared commitment to using innovative technology to address some of the most pressing challenges facing healthcare today.
