Unlock AVT in the NHS: Lessons from CLEARnotes – webinar series

Beyond pilots: Unlocking the power of AVT in the NHS — lessons from CLEARnotes deployments

Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) is no longer an aspiration — across the NHS it’s transforming clinical practice, reducing administrative burden and freeing up more time for patient care.

But success doesn’t happen by chance. Scaling AVT requires trust, culture change, robust assurance and alignment with NHS strategy.

That’s why we’re hosting a three-part webinar series, sharing real-world lessons from trusts deploying CLEARnotes — our clinically designed AVT solution — alongside insights from the clinicians who built it.

CLEARnotes is underpinned by one of the most rigorous assurance frameworks in the country, making it among the most compliant AVT solutions available to the NHS. We are working hand in hand with clinicians to deploy, evaluate and scale its use – learning and insights we bring together in this webinar series.

Each session dives into a different aspect of AVT deployment and scaling, sharing real-world lessons demonstrating how AVT can be successfully embedded across clinical teams.

Webinar 1 – People first: Workforce, culture and clinical engagement – Wednesday 5 November, 10:30 – 11:30

Technology succeeds or fails on the strength of its people. This session explores how to engage, support and empower clinicians and staff when deploying AVT. Drawing on live AVT deployments, we’ll discuss approaches to co-design, training, digital upskilling, and building a culture of trust and confidence – and the role this plays in safety and sustainability. We’ll also consider the impact AVT has on morale, retention and daily experience of staff – and why the technology must be seen as workforce transformation, not just tech adoption.

Webinar 2 – Productivity with confidence: Safety, compliance and value in AVT – Wednesday 12 November, 14:00 – 15:00

AVT promises significant productivity gains — but lasting productivity can only be achieved when safety and trust come first. In this session, we’ll explore how NHS sites can embed safety and compliance into AVT adoption. We’ll also introduce CLEARvalidate, a multi-layered assurance framework combining data analysis, semantic review, and clinical validation that proactively identifies and mitigates risk, ensuring safety in AVT.

Webinar 3 – Scaling beyond pilots: Alignment, integration and system-wide adoption – Friday 14 November, 15:00 – 16:00

In this final session, we will discuss what it takes to move from isolated pilot success to organisation-wide — and even system-wide — adoption of AVT. We’ll explore the critical enablers of sustainable scaling, from embedding safety and governance to managing wider change, ensuring information parity, and building the right digital capabilities across teams. The discussion will also consider what ‘good’ looks like in a mature AVT deployment — including lessons learned from live implementations.
