Walking Leadership: CLEARnotes Celebrates Women Leading Health Tech at the Lord Mayor’s Show 2025
This November, four of our colleagues — Alex, Claire, Lisa, and Nat — will proudly represent CLEAR and CLEARnotes in the Lord Mayor’s Show 2025, marching as part of the Women in Health & Tech Leading the Future initiative.
The Lord Mayor’s Show is one of London’s oldest and most iconic civic events, celebrating over 800 years of tradition in the heart of the City. This year, the parade takes on an even greater significance as it highlights the Lady Mayor’s campaign, championing the visibility and impact of women across sectors. By marching in this historic procession, our colleagues are not only celebrating tradition but also demonstrating the role women play in shaping the future of healthcare and technology.
At CLEARnotes, we are committed to supporting this movement. Healthcare technology is rapidly evolving, and innovation is only as strong as the people behind it. By fostering inclusive leadership, amplifying diverse voices, and creating opportunities for women to thrive in health tech, we are helping to drive meaningful change across the NHS. Our colleagues participating in the Lord Mayor’s Show embody this philosophy, showing that leadership is about visibility, collaboration, and taking steps both literally and figuratively to create progress.
Why visibility matters
The participation of women in the Lord Mayor’s Show is symbolic of the broader movement for equity in health tech. Women remain underrepresented in senior roles, yet their contributions are crucial to designing solutions that improve patient care, streamline workflows, and make healthcare technology more human centered. At CLEARnotes, we believe that highlighting these leaders inspires the next generation, encouraging more women to pursue careers in technology, clinical leadership, and innovation.
CLEARnotes and women in health tech
CLEARnotes is more than a clinical documentation tool, it is part of a broader mission to empower healthcare professionals. By reducing administrative burden and giving clinicians back time to focus on patients, CLEARnotes supports an environment where talent can thrive. Our commitment to inclusive, human centered technology aligns with the goals of the Women in Health & Tech movement, ensuring that innovation benefits both patients and the people delivering care.
We are proud that Alex, Claire, Lisa, and Nat will be marching with hundreds of other women shaping the future of healthcare and technology. Their participation is a reminder that leadership is about taking action, being visible, and inspiring others to follow.
